In an unprecedented show of solidarity, members of every active drum and bugle corps in the state of Texas will unite in San Antonio, Texas for two combined performances. Revolution, Gulf Coast Sound, Frontier, & Trinity will perform their 2005 productions as a stand-still concert. The Corps will then play together as a massed-Corps.
The event will happen on Sunday, June 26th starting at 1:00 PM and finishing at 4:00 PM. The Corps will begin on the grounds in front of the historic Alamo giving a 1 hour concert. Following an hour long intermission the Corps will perform again at the equally historic and scenic La Villita theatre on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Admission is free for both venues.
Revolution Junior Drum & Bugle Corps from San Antonio, Texas was founded in 1999 by John Rodriguez. The Corps was created to serve the musical youth of the area and provide a summer activity filled with positive reinforcement, musical instruction, and leadership building skills. The young men and women of Revolution achieved the title of Drum Corps International Division III Champion in 2002. Revolution is engaged in a national tour for 2005 in a quest for prominence in DCI's Division III ranks.

Gulf Coast Sound Drum & Bugle Corps from Houston, Texas is one of only two 'all-age' Corps in Texas. Founded by Jason Rose, GCS has been competing regionally and nationally since 2001. The Corps combined with MCM winter guard to win the 2002 Texas Color Guard Circuit Independent World Championship. The Corps also competes in DCM, DCA South, and DCA shows throughout the summer culminating in the DCA World Championships over Labor Day weekend. GCS fosters an atmosphere that welcomes members of all ages, backgrounds, and talent levels. In addition, there are several entire families that perform together.

Frontier Drum & Bugle Corps is a competitive "All-age" Corps based out of Dallas, TX. Founded in March 2004, the Frontier Performing Arts Association is the umbrella organization for the Frontier Drum & Bugle Corps, Open Range Brass Ensemble, The Outlaws Mini-corps, and the Frontier Deguello. The Corps is also launching the Frontier Cadets (for youth aged 8-13) and the Cavalry (indoor competitive drumline for ages 14-22) starting in the fall of 2005. Frontier has shared the stage with the World Famous Turtle Creek Chorale in the Meyerson Symphony Center and the performance was seen by thousands via an ABC Broadcast of the performance. The Corps will also be seen as a small part of 'The Power of Harmony' a documentary that has just recently won the BEST DOCUMENTARY at the USA Film Festival!!! Trinity Junior Drum & Bugle Corps is from Seguin, TX, and was founded in 2002 by Ray Holland. Trinity was created to provide a music education program that promotes the study of music, music theory, performing arts, performing musical arts, leadership, self control, and the bettering of people through music in a controlled environment. Trinity also looks to better the community through creating a positive atmosphere that will create self-initiating young adults. The Corps strives to enhance and develop the competitive spirit in the young adults that they will need throughout their lives. The Corps plans to perform in exhibition this summer in Drum Corps International's Division III.
