The second appearance of GCS for the 2003 season was at the Bayou City Blues All-Star Mardi Gras Parade.

Not all of the GCS members made it down to Galveston this year, but those that did had a GREAT time. We had 3 members of the Syracuse Brigadiers come down as well as members from the Atlanta CorpsVets and Erie Thunderbirds. BCB did a great job again this year of putting the parade together. We're already looking forward to the 2004 All-Star Parade.
