March 23rd, 2002 (Pictures by Ben Fournier)

The last show in Houston went incredibly well considering the Corps Director passed out maps that were wrong, Eric was and hour and a half late arriving at the school, and the camera crew was nowhere to be found until 45 minutes before the show. However, everything came together and we even had 15 minutes to relax in the band room before heading to the rehearsal gym.

The show was the best all year. Everything was clicking. There were no phasing issues, the dynamics were obvious, the visuals were correct, and when is was time to get loud we cranked it up. The audience responded well and everyone had a great time.

Once again, we took first place. So far we're undefeated. It's almost a shame they don't give out rings at Finals!
