I'll offer up my house for the party. We can use my (work) LCD projector to watch it.

Then, let's make it official then. Party at Camp Rose.

The webcast starts at 1 PM. So, we'll be open around noon for anyone wanting to come early. Please let me know if you are coming so I can plan accordingly.

Let's plan to order pizza at some point in the afternoon.

Bring your own munchies.

Bring your own beer.

I'll have iced tea (sweet), water, and a few sodas for you. I bet Chel will bake some cookies too. :D

Mike and I will have to yell something from the stands to GCS back home that y'all can hear on the broadcast. We'll let you know when so you're tuning in! :)

Jason I was planning on grilling up a couple of racks of ribs. I usually cook them in the oven and then finish them on the grill. Do you have a grill that I could use to finish them off on Saturday? Gas or charcoal...either one works for me. It usually only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to finish them.

My burners crapped out last month. I'm hoping to get a new grill/smoker for my birthday.

I can probably get a fire going with charcoal. I'll look at it tonight.

Don't worry about it. I can finish them off on my grill and then just wrap them up and bring them with me and cut them up there. We may have to pop them in the oven for a bit if folks want them hot but they should still be warm enough if I wrap them in foil real good for transport.
