Concert Volunteer Needed

We need a volunteer to watch the pledge table/display table and pass out pledge cards to people at the concert. We are going to pass out pledge cards as people arrive and have a box set up in the lobby for people to drop them into on their way out. We also want to set out some of our older horns for people to see to show that we REALLY need funds to help improve our corps. We will need that volunteer person to keep an eye on things and make sure nothing gets handled or taken.
Does anyone have a family member/trusted friend that would for sure be there and be willing to do this for us?
