"No not yet. We are working on it. Please try back next week. I should know more then."
I may not try again until Monday, but others definitely should ask between now and then!

"No it is not. We are having a few complications still. We are working on it. I will keep your e-mail and get back with you."
That doesn't sound good to me.

A bureaucrat is a bureaucrat whether they're in the government or at a community college...it can't be THAT hard to enter a course in the computer!
