Is there anything in the works to stop by Forte's camp while they are in Katy?( thru July 10).

Seems like a nice opportunity to show off some history to some kids that may not have any idea what all the fuss is about the whole G vs. Bb thing is, or what DCA is, or even that there is life after DCI. I think if we could get 5-10 horns to drop in, bring a few extra bugles, play some tunes, maybe let them try out some of the equipment, that they'd have a good time with it. Of course, anything would have to get the ok from Chris and staff on their end, but I think he'd be amenable to something along those lines.

Tom is more or less our liaison with Forte. I'll see what he wants to put together wth Chris.

I'm game if there are other volunteers.

I am down to help out but we are leaving Wednesday night headed to Oklahoma until next Monday so preferably doing something on Tuesday would be best for me.

Since apparently we aren't doing anything official, would anyone like to go check out their clinic tomorrow? I jokingly asked if they would have parts for G horns, and Chris replied that they would.

Anyone? Maybe take along a couple horns, sit in a bit, show off some chrome in G to anyone interested.

I'm interested in going, Scott. I just don't have time tonight.
