For Jason

Postby Andrea McKinney » Mon Oct 05, 2009 8:05 pm

Hey there Jason,

I received an email from Laura (Aeros). She was asking if we had a cd of (GCS). I'm guessing for backup should we not show up. Do we have one? If not, no worries, I'll just tell her there's not one available.

Also, she is wanting a playlist of songs that we plan to do. Could you get that for me. I'm trying to fill out the paperwork to send back to her, and she needs this as apart of the paper work. She says that we should be prepared to be there the entire game and that we will be expected to perform at least 4 times. The songs shouldn't be any longer than 3 minutes, otherwise, we get cutoff.

Thanks
Andi

No CD.

I'll get a playlist as soon as I have one. Good grief... it's 6 months away.

I know, I know. But I have to get the paperwork back to her and it has to be complete.

Ok. Let's talk tomorrow at rehearsal. Or call me after 7 tonight.

Actually... you can call me during the day (most days):

FYI: Last year when I told her (Laura Bacon of the Aeros) I didn't know what we would sing yet she said that was fine, just leave that part blank and send it to her. When the date gets closer you can submit what you are going to perform.

I don't think they are all that organized as they told me I needed to mail them my CD (my kids sang to a CD recording of the accompaniment). So I mailed it. Then her intern came and picked one up from me at school....then I gave them another one the night of the performance. So....keep extra copies of everything.

Oh and P.S.

I told my fifth grade choir kids today that GCS would be there the same night they were and they are so excited!!!! It's really cute!
