Winter Camp #1 This Saturday

Postby Corey Mark » Tue Jan 04, 2011 10:38 am

We'll be hitting the ground running in 2011. It all starts on Saturday, January 8, 10am to 4pm at LSC-NH for our first camp of the year. All sections will be there.

We'll also have more information on our 2011 show, rehearsal and performance plans for the Winter, and more.

Get map and schedule info at http://www.gulfcoastsound.org/main.html.

Please remember to bring $55 for enrollment in the Spring class and start paying dues for the year as a GCS member.

Contact me or your section leader if you need more information or cannot attend.

Rock on.

First 2011 Camp is less than 24 hours away....TIME TO GET EXCITED!!!!!

Guys, lets start the new year and the new season out in a big way. Please do what you have to do to come to rehearsal this weekend. We need a strong showing to move us back on to the competition field this year and to let everyone at LSC-NH see that GCS is something they want to be a part of.

Come on out, bring a friend or 3 if you know someone who might want to march. Remember, Mark was going to read a book and go to Fry's while Jenny practiced...you never know where the next GCS member will come from!

I'm ready to get going, are YOU????

See everybody tomorrow!!!

The music and practice MP3 for Johnny's Mambe & Finale are now posted on the Members Only Forum.

If that finale doesn't get your blood pumping then you need a new hobby.

Corey, Tom, Dr. May,

I had a great time this past weekend. It was quite refreshing to be working on show music and making some killer sounds again. Hearing a full battery in the background was also quite nice.

Thank you!!

I'm sorry you are having health issues but you in front of the Corps again is the best news I have heard in a very long time. You have been gone too long my friend.
