First: 100% of all the dues you have paid will be refunded.

Second: **YOU MUST BRING $10 TO PAY THE INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF AT EACH REHEARSAL.

Because we are re-funding your dues, we need everyone to help pay the instructors. I think that $10 per rehearsal is a reasonable and fair amount.

The management staff will be strictly enforcing this policy. If you don't pay, you don't play. Please help us with this.

6:30 PM - Members Arrive
7:00 PM - Warm-up
7:30 PM - Discussion on what we're doing and how we're going to do it
8:00 PM - Rehearsal
9:45 PM - Ensemble Run-through
10:00 PM - Dismiss

It is my intention to have at least one gig in August. But, in order for that to happen we need to get busy now and get this thing put together. If you're planning to perform, please plan to be there this Friday.

We are still committed to the July 4th parade and we might be able to début some of what we're working on at that gig.
