Gov Perry Gig (Details) - NOTE TIME CHANGES

Postby Jason Rose » Tue Feb 02, 2010 12:06 pm

Here is the UPDATED plan. Please read carefully.

Saturday
- We're meeting at the Wal-Mart on the Seawall at 63rd Street on Saturday at 3:30 PM sharp. Same place as last year.

- Uniform will be blue jeans, comfy footwear (closed toe), black GCS shirts, and Corps Jackets (if you have one).

- Music will be Chameleon. I'll have copies for you there. If you don't know it, don't worry. We'll rehearse it there.

- This will be a fast gig -- Show up. Stage. Hike 3 miles. Go home.

- PLEASE plan to be there if you can. We need this money.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN GO.

Sunday
11:00 AM - Meet at the Berry Center - Use Entrance 3 & PARKING LOT E - MEET AT THE GCS TRAILER
11:00 AM - We will rehearse and do several run-throughs of our performance(s)
1:00 PM - Get dressed - GCS will be in full uniform
2:00 PM - SHOW TIME - We will play throughout the event
4:00 PM - Turn in uniforms, pack up, and head home to watch the game

- No rehearsal on Saturday

- PLEASE let me know ASAP if you plan to make this gig. I need everyone I can get!

- I will let you know exactly what we're playing as soon as I know. The staff guys are still working out the details

- Please plan to make the Galveston parade if you can. This will REALLY help us financially. Call Tom if you can go (281.914.6468)

- If you have black bibbers please bring them. If not, we have some you can borrow.

- Everyone needs to have BLACK SHOES, BLACK SOCKS, and a WHITE T-SHIRT

- Please note: you will get to watch the game at home. We should be done in plenty of time.

I'll have more info later in the week.

Thanks!
