Hey guys:
just got an email from the guy who sets up the Toys for Tots gig at the Parrot Pub. It is tomorrow night, Dec 12 and they usually have about 10 acoustic acts playing original music, food, toy donations, Marines in uniform, etc. Well, I had talked with him about a month ago about playing the gig, and never got back w/ him.
He just contacted me and said that if we would like to have a group show up to play a couple carols between the scheduled acts it would enhance the evening. (and would be a nice exposure gig). We wouldn't need everybody and we could probably handle the Christmas Carol medley and stuff from the Tuba Christmas books.
Let me know if anybody's interested ASAP so I can call him and let him know.
