Gulf Coast Sound has a Board of Directors that is separate from the Gulf Coast Drum Corps Associates Board of Directors. The reason for this is GCDCA was established to run multiple Corps and in essence manage a circuit. Planning for this eventuality it was decided that GCS should have a separate Board to better address GCS specific issues.
